I walked around the outer perimeter of it yesterday (Thursday) and there was plenty of activity within.

True, but you are a very short golf cart ride from Tierra Del Sol, Hacienda Hills, Glenview, and Lopez. You are also not far from Palmer, Mallroy, Cane, and Orange Blossom. All via golf cart.

I think you will see a new square about the same time that all of the new restaurants and big box stores including Costco open on Rt 44.

There will eventually be a vaccine and they'll all get back to full capacity. This year and next will probably be a little lean but should be okay after that.

How many restaurants are in the villages of Caroline, Sunset Point, Mallory Square, Liberty Park, Buttonwood, etc., etc, etc.? There are only 12 villages that have golf after 4:00 so why are you singling out The Village of Fenney when there are so many villages that have one or no restaurants and no golf after 4???? Some villages have no golf and no restaurants.

So I would say there's a lot of economic activity that has to come back before Morse ponies up any more investment...
I’m not sure they can stop the train

Fenney has a lot to offer
If your criteria is championship golf then Fenney loses for today. For tomorrow a championship golf course is planned

They're moving dirt to the new haul yard, they do this all the time. Eventually the dirt will be moved back or to a new location. There was one at the corner of 468 and the turnpike, across from Everglades, 2 years ago and now it's gone and they are building in Meggison Rd. There is one now at 301 and Turnpike, the dirt has been there about 9 months. There is another scheduled at the north end of the West Lakes development area.

The only real construction work scheduled for south of 470 is the construction management building near the haul road.
