Well, Federal Prisons are not noisy. I used to purchase Federal surplus property. Occasionally from Federal in prisons. You could pretty much plan on most of the day there with the screenings which where not even to get 'in' the prison just on the grounds.

Not a loudspeaker, not a whistle barely the sound of the wind. Quieter than a National park. Just because you see something on television does not mean it is the way it is portrayed.

<sarcasm>Horrid conditions, the streets are virtually gridlocked with all the Uhaul trucks and trailers from people moving out.</sarcasm>

Just because you have reasons for not wanting to live down here does not mean those reasons apply to everyone. I would venture that the vast majority of residents here south of the turnpike love theIr houses and neighborhoods. I know that we do.
