The pedestrian must have just stepped put of the adjacent lot & got clipped by the passenger side view mirror.

A driver pulling out of the lot would most likely be looking left as that is where traffic would be coming from.

Bad timing & circumstances from both parties.
Thanks for clearing that up.

In the ten + years we have been here (since June 2005) the traffic has grown considerable worse but the choices in theaters, restaurants, stores, doctors, dentists, lawyers, pools, golf courses, dog parks, shows, etc. have become a lot better.

There was only the Rialto Theater open here when we moved into Lynnhaven and the dust from the nearby construction blew in open windows.
