This is not a criticism of anyone or anything, but one thing about amazes me about our generation is how compliant we have all become. Afterall we were the original rebellious generation. We were the generation of campus protest, government shutdowns, burning bras, protest marches etc. We were the ones who created No justice No peace. We were the generation that said, never trust the government. Now, whenever someone rings a bell we just get in line. It seem as though our generation has become our parents.

Just an observation.

....and your parents were of The Greatest Generation, so if you have become your parents, you have finally improved yourself!
Well done.

According to Fit Club rules the trainer must also be a member of the fit club. If you , or know somebody with personal training experience, please DM me. My name is Cliff and I live in Marsh Bend.
I hate to be so blunt, but weight training is NOT rocket science. Buy a book on the subject, save money, and do it yourself!

A certified trainer is usually like a life partner, using them for years. One may think they have gained some knowledge then drop the instructor. Not really what a personal trainer really shines at. As one evolves in your routine, mindset and muscles change, so should your workouts. I have used the same trainer regularly 13 years

My yogi is from India, I value every minute. Just my body language waking into the room tells her something is wrong or right. It’s been 15 years, as I said like a life partner
Interesting !?

Yes, trust no one over age 30. Now, for years, I have NOT been able to trust myself.

Once I understand what I have to do and the equipment that I should use to get me there it is up to me. Really think it out before you jump into this.
Not so fast, if you keep doing the same exercises, you plateau. Your routine should be well rounded. Maybe after you go on your own you should periodically see him to change your routine up and make sure you’re still in good form. Just some friendly advice from a personal trainer 😊

Default Option for Personal Trainer

Hi,

I used an expensive one-on-one personal trainer for 4 years. It was a good experience and I did enjoy it but now I have found on online personal training option that is 1/3 the cost and almost as good. It is called CoPilot and here is the info if you are interested:

Achieve your fitness goals with CoPilot! Your remote personal trainer will design you a personalized workout plan and hold you accountable. No equipment or gym required.

You can get a 14 day free trial and then it is $99 per month. I cannot put a link in here because it think it is spam but just google mycopilot

Good luck!
