I am being treated for Plantar Fasciitis with all 3 of these. I haven't completed all 3 sessions - but after 1 session (of all 3) - huge improvements.
If you are interested - the doctor is Dr. Gegaj - in Lake Sumter Landing. He treated his shredded Achilles Tendon - and is now playing soccer again. He's a very athletic Dr. and strives to get people back on the court - I am a pickleball players as well. Hope this helps.

That injury comes from doing something athletic and not stretching prior. You should never go barefoot, stretch your feet, pulling toes towards abdomen before you get out of bed. High arch people are prone to this problem and it can last for months. No substitute for stretching, good arch support and keeping a reasonable weight.

I completely tore my plantar fascia when I was playing pickleball. I heard a loud snap when I landed on my foot and then intense pain. I could not put any weight on my foot. My podiatrist put me in a boot to keep the ligament from reattaching. He said we don't really need it! After 2 months I was back to playing Pickleball again (with an orthotic insert), although it took about 8 months for me to be able to walk barefoot in the house without pain. Good luck!

I don’t have a problem with using “the wife”; to me it can be used in meaning like “the Queen” “the Boss” etc “the Wife” or I suppose “the maid” just means a special person.
