It is nice to be able to lounge on a pool raft, but also understand why not allowed.

As fairly new residents - What is the average price range of installing a small pool?

There so many homes with pools here, can anyone share approximate costs?

pool, basic bird cage and solar start around 65K to 70K IF you add a spa, waterfalls, beach entry the price really goes up.

Has your house sold yet?

Default written pool rules

Where can I gain access to the written pool rules?

I have read the posted rules at my neighborhood pool and it makes no mention of floatation divices.

Please Show me where these rules are written.

Try districtgov.org the web site, search for ‘neighborhood pools’ or whichever pool you like for what you can do.

For heaven’s sake! Read posts #4 and #6!

If you are NEW here, read EVERYTHING in the link shown on post #4! Things are DIFFERENT here! There are RULES!

Am I venting now? Yes, I believe I am!

You’ll notice most of the junior members are kind of jerks. They don’t know how to communicate and always the ones who are complaining. Unfortunately they might have to change the name to Florida’s unfriendliest town” soon.

Noodles, unbreakable masks, goggles, and small plastic buckets are the only items allowed in the pool.

There is a learning curve or should I say “mellowing curve” for new people. When I go back up north I go back into survival mode which you need in a mega city. Then I come here to TV. It takes a good two weeks to let the “bring it!” mode to dissipate. A newbie could take much longer.

He was only asking for clarification on the rules of floating toys.
Probably because “junior member” is underneath their name?
