2. Privacy of a wall behind.

4. It just felt right!

No homes behind. On a curve so houses on each side not right even either. I have kind of a loud voice and didn't want to feel like I might be bothering someone if I was talking in my lanai. Also near hubby's favorite 9 hole courses as he plays a 9 6 days a week and 18 the other day. Also house only a few years old so no need to renovate especially as previous owners had done most one would want.

The circular driveway was a big factor.

Default many reasons

We walked the neighborhood before we made an offer. We met so many friendly, helpful people. It felt like this could be our home. The home had barely been lived in but there were many upgrades and enhanced landscaping. We ran the numbers and we were able to buy it for less than a smaller model we were thinking about. The location is perfect for us, close to 466 and Sumter Landing.
At the time we moved here,Pennecamp was the only place they were building. We realized we would be surrounded by dust, noise, and construction. We pat ourselves on the back quite often for our decision.

Default Second Preowned Home

Purchased our first preowned home primarily because of the price & the fact that the Bond was paid. Looked at same model new with $23,000 Bond & $40,000 higher price tag, & it was a "no brainer". We lived there for 2 years, when we found another preowned home on a corner lot with a golf cart garage, No Bond & a great price, so we moved again. We're still in the same area and appreciate the mature landscaping, close proximity to the grocery store & gas station. Much less traffic & friendly neighborhood.

I went on The Villages website before I cam down. I found about 12 homes that were in my price range. I like one but someone else had made an offer on it and I didn't want to get into a bidding war. My agent suggested that we look at one more that was just a little of my maximum price. I walked in the door and knew it was the house for me. Everything looked like it had been redone. New kitchen, new carpets, all new windows.

I made a low ball offer and the seller came way down. I split the difference and he took it.
