After Christmas, with a full house, definitely T times will be an issue.
Towards end of January, early February, without a doubt, poor golf course conditions.
Dog poop, roundabouts, waiting times/lousy food in restaurants are certainties.

My own personal complaint is those who "could care less" do not state the percentage they "could not care less."
As for their, there and they're, don't get me started!

The poa has done some good things. Years back they got a 15 million dollar settlement from the developer for upkeep of rec centers. Hoa is developer backed and never has a bad thing to say. They do have good clinics and social events.

If you actually open the POA paper, there are instructions for how to opt out.

Any other predictions?
Yes, you can stop the delivery of the POA newspaper, whether you are are member or non-member.

I did this a while ago for my home.

Follow this link. You will need to create a Guest account, and update your delivery preferences:

POA of The Villages | Property Owners Association of the Villages

Note: I am not a member of the POA. And yes, the paper is delivered each month to almost all the homes. $$$ for the publisher.

Yes many homes have their residents away, and the paper lies on the driveway for days, weeks, or months.

I'm going to go with "can't get a golf tee time". It's all the rage on the other site right now.
The other site is also preoccupied with "We pay our fees, why are we limited to 2 golf carts?". It's amusing---these people get the same obvious answer 100 times and yet are still questioning it. Slow learning curve?????
