How about..."I'm so ticked" they closed the movie theatres"?? We haven't had many of those lately.
This thread though has given me so chuckles this morning. Laughter is THE best medicine for not complaining!!!

The birds shouldn't be allowed to complain at all.

Any other predictions?
I don't know…it’s been awhile since a good old fashioned dog owner bashing.

What happened to the stickers on the mailbox complaints? That was a good one!

It's been years since we saw a "seat saving at the town squares" thread

It interesting that in the summer all the "snowbird" violations still happen. ie. Bad driving, drunks, accidents, perps, dog poop, etc.

True ! I confess I have a bit of dread each "winter" as the traffic multiplies and the crowding increases, but then, it was no different when not yet retired and living in south Florida. 95 ??? Total nightmare in general, in "bird" season, a daunting task to just get to work on time no matter if you started before sunrise ! Price we pay for living in this beautiful state..... We get a little frustrated every season, but also nice to see friends from the "far north"...LOL !

hummmm ... maybe the percentage of broken "gates" and a corresponding rise in amenity fees to repair them ? No idea which, if permanent residents or air B&B and snowbird people hit them more, but the damage seems to never diminish ! ?

True, and what would have happened had there been no push-back or counter indicators concerning the prolific use of inferior Corning shingles that impacted so many, and the inferior sheet rock, and many other occurrences that were not exposed by a balance of power and agendas (POA & HOA have vastly different agendas). Its a micro view of what our founding father's knew, regardless of which "side" of an issue one is one, the most important element is to always have different entities, at least two political parties, two home owner organizations, always choices, what ever, exclusivity is always a dangerous path to dictatorship ! !

Of course they are. As long as it is acknowledged that MY opinion is ALWAYS the correct one.
