This is historically peak home buying season. Prices rise. In winter, home sales are typically sluggish, so prices would fall in response to the market. At first blush it might seem that TV would not be a seasonal market. It happens in other locations because people don't want to move their kids to a new school in the midst of a school year. Plus, homes look better when lawns are green and flowers are blooming. However, on second blush (giggle), it makes perfect sense that TV would experience seasonal buying. Many people buy in TV when their home "up north" sells. Their home up north sells when school's out, lawns are green and flowers are blooming. |

Soooo here's a question for all of you who keep track of these things. When have you found by keeping track that the home prices 'go on sale'. I have watched this and it does seem every year they do offer discounts....besides when a neighborhood closes out....I mean when the homes are not moving as fast as at other times.
