I'm surprised you think that people who don't live in The Villages, will get their money's worth by driving around all the new roads they are paying to build.

Along with the new roads comes houses and people. Then businesses, restaurants, entertainment and most importantly, employment opportunities. Most benefit from that.

How about the $billion+ increase in tax base?
How about all the new jobs?
How about more shopping and restaurant choices?
How about a new UF research/teaching hospital?
