Default Path

This was mentioned at last weeks CIC meeting. They were exploring a way to get cart traffic to the postal station because there were complaints from residents about driving across Moorse Blvd. Much of the property isv marsh land but they are trying to add the path.

Good Evening,

I really appreciate your helping us to address rumors.

There is plan (subject to District 1 finalizing in the morning) to move forward with a one way path across District property (adjacent to wetland area) to the De La Vista postal facility to allow carts to access it without going out on to Morse.

Other than that, there are no other activities taking place.

Let me know if you need anything further.

Janet
Thanks for the homework
I also would vote for Bogie Shooter for president.

As I drive north on Morse Blvd, I've noticed what appears to be a road through marsh land north of the postal facility. It appears to be wet land and it concerned me, now I know what is going on. I feel sorry for the homes that backed up to marsh. Over the year's I've learned that there is no such thing as protected land, especially in Forida.

I am reminded of the old adage "another good story spoiled by an eyewitness". Thanks for the clarification, Bogie Shooter.

BTW, hats off to Janet Tutt too. I think she is doing a great job.

When I bought my house it was listed with a wildlife preserve after the fence in my back yard. Now they are making a road for horses and ATV's, golf carts, etc. I can't find anyone who will stop them. I called a lawyer and they want large monies for a consult and then they require a retainer.

Can you just tell what street you live on? I know you don't want to give away your location. I am sure you are upset. You aren't alone. Someone will help you with the answers.

A single road should not cause to much of a problem.Safety was one of the concerns.Sounds like the area will not be disturbed very much.

BUT...if it truly was the undisturbable Wildlife Preserve...than there is a REAL problem.

I think anyone who doesn't have anything built behind them is asking for a huge surprise someday, but I really thought some of this was Protected Land...I don't know by whom...The Federal Gubmunt? The Florida uppity-ups? The Society for the protection of Egrets?

I am kinda joking but I am not joking either.

Default Gracies "poor little girl from the mining town"

That poor little girl from the mining town, graduated from a prestigious college where she'd obtained a full scholarship. She used the money she'd earned while in college from teaching city kids how to play the fiddle, how to properly gut and cook "game meat"to go to a small, yet select private Finishing School in Switzerland. Speach therapy smoothed her country accent (which in reallity was quite charming) Our heroine learned how to walk with a book on her head (huh?) was taught all the "social graces", had a clothing and facial "make-over"........ Then she met the titled man of her dreams (although we don't know the content of those dreams)
