Default Beware weekly pool service

Please when choosing a service you get in writing exactly what they will do.
I wish I had researched the company Sparkling Water.
They very rarely without my persistent ever put chlorine tabs in the pool chlorinator. Only brushed pool every other week. Never vacumed just netted. Thought putting liquid chlorine in once a week was good maintenance which it is not only brings to the proper level that day. If you need to put 2 gallons of chlorine in pool each week water was not clean several days before.
Remember in writing.

OP, sounds like you have a bad technician, call the main office and spell out your concerns, then ask for another technician, I have a couple og neighbors that use them and are still using them. I went through this with another pool spa company, finally fired them did the work myself for almost a year, then found Magic Touch Pool Service, 352-457-9032, she is excellent.

Like many other service industry companies, Sparkling Waters is having manpower issues. We've been with then for about two months now after dumping Patriot. We are now awaiting our fourth technician to start. Right now they are pulling techs off other routes to fill in. They have to rush to get everyone's pool done and like you mentioned, some things aren't getting done. We will give the new tech a try. If he/she does a good job we'll stay on with them. If not we'll cancel and I'll start doing it myself. One good thing is that it's a pay as you go deal and you can cancel at any time.
