One other very important factor is how you plan on paying for your cart.
When I was shopping for my Yamaha cart back in sept, carts and clubs in Ocala would not take credit cards for the purchase.
Villages discount golf carts along with Grandpa & Grandma's carts wanted to charge me $100.00 for using a credit card for the purchase.

Just want to be sure because we will be making this decision early next year. You stated that they "wanted to charge $100" extra. Did you have to pay that or did they change their mind. If that is a requirement, it removes the advantage of taking charge cards (in my opinion).

Good point! When I was looking the Villages Golf Carts location (which I think, not sure, is different than Villages Discount Golf carts) and Carts & Clubs would not take credit cards (I was hoping to take advantage of my credit card offerings). Carts & Clubs did offer a Yamaha account if I wished (yeah, another credit card if you sign up for it). The Villages Golf Cart location offered up to a 6 month payment plan, whereas C&C offered more time.

As the old saying goes, "cash is king."

Carts and Clubs. You get more for you money. They will explain what they do to make the cart more wind and water proof, they rewire the cart to include a fuse box and insulate under the seat to help keep the noise down.

I used my credit card to purchase cart at The Villages golf cart store in Lake Sumter. No fees for using cc.

Another vote for Carts and Clubs. I have friends that bought same cart from TV and side by side no comparison. The air jam up top, the insulation under the seat, clutch adjustment, sunbrella cover and the service absolutely blow away anybody else. Even got a free year AAA for golf carts and a free meal at Paste Fair!

I am 4'11" and the pedal extender at C&C will be a life saver for me. I asked about that option at TV store and they acted like there was no such thing. They have to know that there is, but they do not carry it, so they acted as if it did not exist as an option.

I also asked about windshield wipers as an option. Again, not offered.....

I think I will keep looking, but C&C and Grandpa & Grandmas buggies are still on my short list. We rented from G&G and they were great, and fast! ;-)
The salesperson told me that the pedal extender was only available for the Yamaha's. I was hoping I could get an extender and put it on the carts we use until I get my own cart.

Yes, they do take credit cards.
You will typically pay more for the cart there.

I used my amex credit card when I bought my cart. I had a repair a year after the manufacturers warranty period was over and was happy to learn that by using the amex card, they covered the cost of the repair of about $200. BTW, I also got 1% of the purchase price back from amex when I bought the cart from Mid Florida Golf Cars..
