Default My gripes

How about posters write in complete sentences so their ideas are communicated clearly.
Check your spelling before hitting that enter button to comment.
Stop with the acronyms. Not everyone knows what every letter combination means.
Shorten your responses and get to the point a little faster.
Some of the humor presented is childish and unnecessary. Grow up.
And what's with the responder who just puts these symbols for a comment: //// What do they even mean?
And yes, I don't normally comment on this forum as show by my number of posts, but I thought it was about time to say something.
Merry Christmas

Maybe Santa will bring you an INDUCTION range. I hear that they work great.

as much as I have disagreed with people here, and they with me, I have learned alot from many posters, even if the posters aren't professionals voicing their amateur opinions, and from those who are professionals

The Villages is a wonderful concept and a great place to live. . .

Peace all

Even a great place to live can be IMPROVED. Merry Christmas.

Sorry, but I am enjoying my 2nd childhood. Can't really help with the childish humor. It's all I have left.

My pet peeve is when a comment is written then another comment starts without a period being entered and a new sentence indicated by a Capital letter it becomes just one long string of unrelated BS as if some people slept through all the English classes in grade school and high school and then they change subjects to something like the sex lives of butterflies without a period or a starting sentence capital letter when I see that I know that the content will be very weak so I just roll by it just like you should have done with THIS.

LOL, says the guy with 8 posts over 4 years.
IDKWAYTA (I don't know what acronyms you're talking about).
/// is what one posts when one deletes a post because the system won't let you delete a post and three characters are the minimum sized post permitted by the system.
I love humor, don't intend to cease operations for the one guy who posts every 6 months. Okay, did I get to the point fast enough?

And mine is when somebody posts exactly the same thing that was already posted 17 times because they are either too lazy to read the thread or think that whatever they spout out is so clever that it must be an original idea.

Get an induction range. Great temp control and will brings water to a boil faster than anything else except for, maybe, a commercial range, surface does not get hot and no problem associated with the explosive nature of gas and you now have a good excuse to buy new pots and pans. They need to have steel in them

God Bless the work that you and others are doing to help. A couple days ago I watched a YouTube video of a man who lives in Virginia who has been going every weekend to help these folks. He said he has a Go Fund Me page for them and people have donated (as of Christmas Eve) over 800K. He purchased RV's with the money for 25 families. He's looking for more RV's.
