Thanks! I wish I could tell you to price it right and it will sell, but I wouldn't know a "right price" if it hit me in the face. Ours sold in a couple of weeks, and I already was discouraged after the first week! Be patient and give it time, someone who just loves your house and has to have it will make an offer. I'm sure being on the Jersey shore will be a big selling point, and with spring weather coming, it's going to happen!
