I had breakfast in SS yesterday. The waiter at Athens Diner (excellent breakfast by the way) said he was told the construction would be done by 6/25. Looks pretty torn up to me to be done in 2 weeks but I'm no construction manager. I am also looking forward to seeing the finished product on my next visit.

jgbama -- you will be able to dance at SS as a resident in July. Yea for you!

Stopped by Dunkin Donuts in SS tonight. I asked the man working the counter if he heard when the construction will be done. He was told the second week of July, and he didn't sound too happy about it -- but who can blame him? He did not divulge the source of his information.

Hot air? Crap2? Ah... nope! Not going there! I ain't touchn' that one with a 10' pole! Anyway, my guess is that they will install sails on top of the monorail cars and harness wind power, and as a backup they will install pedals in front of the seats and people will have to pedal their.... well, you know what I'm trying to say!
