Me three!!! I was out all morning to every store in town looking for a St. Joseph Statue...but apparently everyone has the same idea...no statues! . I too Nonie, hired my friend to sell my house...big mistake!! . I think they think if you are friends they can take their sweet time! . I stopped in the office today and told her I will switch realtors when my contract is up (2 mos.) and go to someone else . Good luck to you Joanie! I hope they buy it!! .

Default St. Joe did it for us !!!

After we planted St. Joe all it took was 1 open house and three days later we sold our house, for six grand more then we asked for ! The only problem is I still need to work until February, but better that it's gone now, so we get a little apartment for a couple of months. See you all in February.

Jeanne,

Did you try a catholic shop or religious items store? I think you can order them online too!

Cant believe we made the same boo boo hiring our realtor friend.. Do you get the feeling we were put on a back burner??? I hope I can get up the guts that you did to tell him were going with another realtor! Im such a wimp when it comes to these things.

Default You can do it Nonie!!

My realtor is a very dear friend (I know...huge mistake! I felt sorry for her cause she needed the money...another big mistake lol). Yep...the back burner is absolutely correct. I was nice about it, but told her I wanted a Realtor Open House (which she didnt want to do...but is next week lol), and an Open House, and to advertise in NYC, L.I. CT. etc. She wanted me to sign a six month contract but I said no (nicely lol), only 3 months, and if it wasnt sold in three months I was going to try someone else. It must be my age lol, cause I am a softy too. . Saying prayers for you Nonie so we can get out of NY and move on to dream land!!

Nonie & Jeanne Beannie:

We wish you both luck in selling your home and hope it happens for the both of you very soon. We used the Village Relocation Program to find an agent and were very pleased with who they recommended. There's no cost or commitment involved and they offer discounts on moving company services. Before deciding to use the reolocation program we had independent realtors come to give us their opinions as to what we should list our home for and their suggestions were in line with the relocation program realtors.
