Not necessarily strange. These are three new homes and they've all been released for sale. They're villas. Not sure if the villas are built with the ability to pick a lot, design packages, etc. More likely they are built and when completed, made available for sale. I could be wrong about the lot, design thing, but it just appears that these three were completed around the same time and are now available for purchase.

Buttonwood is growing like a weed... Each time we visit the area, more and more homes appear. It's going to be very nice.

That street only has 7 houses on it.

I saw that last night and thought it very unusual.

Pooh, they're not new homes in Buttonwood, they are three pre-owned homes in Village of Winnifred. All are on the cul-du-sac that leads to the cart trail that is the cut through to Laurel Manor professional offices and rec center area.

There's got to be something more to the story than three families wanting to sell their homes. To list three of seven homes on the same day is more than coincidence.

I'm not trying to sound picky here, but exactly what is your point? There are houses for sale all over TV. I live on Figueroa St. in Santiago, and there are 2 houses for sale on the street. We bought ours in July. The man who sold to us had a good reason to move away. His wife had died and he was 88 and blind. Most people on this street bought new around 10 years ago.

I'm sorry, but it seems you are implying people are leaving in bunches because of some underlying fear of something wrong with TV. If that is your implication, or perhaps your fear, then I would strongly advise you to stay away from TV. If not, I apologize for misreading your posts. If I misread, please state your point so no one can confuse it.

Sorry, I was looking at a different page it seems! What I saw were three villas in Buttonwood, on Cedar Key Lane. These three are new homes. Oops... (They're nice if anyone is interested.)

Don't know about the other posters, but it just struck me as unusual. Yes, there are homes being listed for sale every day in The Villages for a variety of different reasons. However, when you click on the link for recently added listings of pre-owned homes and you see three from the village of Winnifred all in a row, and then you click on each of the three and see that they are all on the same cul-du-sac street that only has a total of seven homes, it seems strange.

There may be a perfectly good explanation of why all three decided to list on the same day, it's just an occurence you don't see on a regular basis around here.

I did say in my original post that there's got to be something more to the story than just three families wanting to sell. I'm probably wrong but it just struck me as odd.

As I said, it's unusual, nothing more, nothing less.

If they are the houses on that cul-de-sac going into Laurel, I can see why people would want to move. The houses are beatiful, but the location wouldn't be to my taste. LOTS of cart traffic thru there in front of the houses, and at least one of the homes on the cul-de-sac backs up to another main recreational trail.

We had 2 homes on our street for sale at the same time; just coincidence. One older couple moved, and the other was a rental that got put on the market.

It would be a concern to me, especially in this current real estate market. Two of those owners on Laurel will have to sell at near list price to avoid losing money on their home, after they pay the real estate commission. How would you like to be the one of the other 4 owners on Laurel?Would love to know the real story on the 3 new listings , it is .............................Very Strange??????????

Do I sense a novel here - Are you a budding writer?

This makes for a competitive selling/buying situation if some buyers like the location and have three homes right there to choose from.
