There will soon be a need for an RC car store once they open the track down here in God's Country. A combination RC vehicles, archery, and air guns, would be even better as the latter two ranges are opening next month.

We northern Villagers would also like to see more shopping and restaurants in the south so that you don't have to travel through the north to get where you are going. The roads here get very crowded with people having to come to 441 for everything. Not enough population for TJ's and Costco. I believe Panera is a franchise so if you think it would be successful you ought to consider opening one.

We didn't have Wi-Fi immediately when we bought our house in 2014. We periodically made trips to Eisenhower just to get online. At that time, we were under the impression that only the Regional Rec Centers had wifi. Of late, we've been able to get online at the smaller rec centers as well. I assume TV has been adding this capability over time.

We use them year round, never had a problem with heat or lack of a breeze, they keep the sun off, and make for a dry comfortable place to sit when there is a light rain and the band keeps playing, no need for a poncho. I think the seating is the best of all the squares. I tend to see the positive aspects of everything, makes life a lot more fun. Those who complain and are negative tend to lead a miserable life.

You are right about the signature restaurants at Epcot and at some of the Disney hotels. As good as it gets.

When we were snowbirds we went to the squares maybe once a week, or if company came we took them to a square. 7 years later, I may visit a square once in a month and that’s being generous. I find the squares to be about equal for what we use them for. I rarely shop at the retail.

We use prime, for grocery, and pretty much everything. I would say 90% of what I order I do not need to touch it to make a purchase. Why drive when you get free ship, and better prices, and it’s always s in stock.
