Same thing! We just wanted it DONE! So TV is doing it BUT we couldn't stomach the price tag so we asked our designer about modifying it...we are only getting the grill (with about 30 in of cabinetryand countertop on each side)...she told us that the refrigerator alone was $3000. So no fridge and no sink for us! We think we're close enough to the kitchen to warrant not having a fridge and sink. Much more reasonably priced!

If someone can post the photo for me, I will show you what can be done for half the price, including granite instead of tile. Along with D c s grill, fire magic refrigerator etc. I just have never been able to post a photo on this site. Oh Rusty can figure it out. He's the go to mayor . This won't be helpful for those who have already are in the process bit it might help someone who checks the thread in the future.

I told someone else that to do a propane tank after market is probably not a great idea. So many things going into the placement and if you decide to do it after market, you may end up with issues because of the configuration of your neighbors property. Besides, I imagine it would be more expensive not less because of the piping which actually runs under the slab if they have to put the tank on the opposite side of the house from the kitchen. Put the tank in with TV. Tell them to plumb and do the electric for the eventuality of doing a summer kitchen. If you just want a propane tank for a summer kitchen, you can probably just get a refillable one for putting in under the grill and don't need to bury a tank.

We have propane for a summer kitchen and a spa. The buried tank is 250 GL.
