#24: Best website for links pertaining to TV is

http://www.virginiatrace.com/

#25: Best restaurant "near" TV is Sweet Tomatoes salad bar - all you can eat salad, pasta, etc, etc for under $10 (plus drink). Hwy 441 across from Home Depot.

(search Queen Palms in TOTV for issues with them)

I also lost count of the numbers so I'll start with #30.
30. Service companies to call as well as to avoid
31. All about bonds and monthly average TV costs.
32. All about day tripping places from TV
33. Various popular clubs and activities, especially when they are held.

35. If you buy a new house, you've only just begun to buy it. Then buy: attic stairs, window coverings, closet organizers, new countertops, new front door, landscaping, garage floor coverings, birdcage, etc., etc.

Since joining TOTV last month I have learned plenty of new things. I list some below.
1. I won't be playing Championship Golf Courses.
2. Some areas don't have gas but you can bury a propane tank.
3. Probably won't be buying a street cart.
4. No political signs
5. Watch out for high bonds, probably start looking at pre-owned but may miss the fun of a new neighborhood coming together.
6. Older neighborhood may still be OK for making friends especially at the pool.
7. Don't grow orange trees or queen palms.
8. Love bugs are temporary.
9. Get surge protector and maybe lightning rods.
10. TV is not really gated community.
11. Republicans out number Democrats.
12. It's OK to put up Christmas lights.
13. Make sure that a home purchased has the flood elevation.
14. Lots of good places to eat in TV, close by or within 30 mins.
15. Love all dogs, snakes, alligators, wildlife of any type. (snakes is gonna be a tough one)
16. Make sure garage floor is coated.
Can ya'll help a feller out and continue my list?
POSH08:

I loved your post.

It's easy to cuddle-up to a dog rather than a snake or alligator.

38. No one mentioned churches. If you attend church, we have some great ones. Many are a golf cart ride away. This is another great way to make friends. Our church has Tabletalk. Four couples are randomly assigned together for dinner once a month for 4 months either at homes or restaurants. Great way to get acquainted.
