That is pretty ballsy robbing a jewelry store that is literally a stone’s throw from the police station.

Interestingly, I really don't remember ever seeing police cars Cruise area. And if you get into a jewelry store without the alarm bells ringing and no response I think the insurance company should not pay off

If I was a police person, and strong, I would say STOP. I would then say I will TAZE you if you don't stop and then If they tried to run away I would tackle them and lay on them so they wouldn't...............

I thought fine jewelry stores had large safes where the good stuff was stored during closed hours. I think that’s why the jewelry is displayed on trays that can conveniently be moved. Maybe I’ve seen too many movies.

Loosey goosey security?

True. Would you like them to just make up a description.? Dark skinned is all that could be confirmed. So, thats all you get. I guess some people watch too much TV and think the pieces are put together and the suspect is arrested within an hour. Lol

Two suspects are being sought in the theft of liquor from Winn-Dixie at Pinellas Plaza.

The two suspects entered Winn-Dixie liquor store on July 26, according to the Wildwood Police Department. The suspects walked to the back of the store and entered an employee-only stock room, where they grabbed one case of 12 750ml bottles of Hennessy Cognac and one 750ml bottle of Avion Silver Tequila before running out of store. They ran into the parking lot, entered a possible Black Chrysler 300, and fled the area.

The police provided the following descriptions:

Suspect 1 – Skinny, dark skinned male, facial hair, wearing a dark colored shirt with a light-colored pattern on it, and dark colored shorts.

Suspect 2 – Heavy set, dark skinned female, wearing a light-colored shirt and short and a light-colored hair cap/net.

If you have any information regarding the identities of these suspects, contact Lt. O’Neill at (352) 661-6192."

This article has clear photographs of the suspects. They didn't copy.

I think it was bad men smashing the glass door with an AX. That is what I blame.

I would use my imagination, considering this is Florida and NOT San Francisco

Oh you know it alls seem to not know that there was more evidence than what's presented here. The police would certainly not release it to you or me or anyone else.

So for all you CSI sleuths
that have all the ideas just cool your jets, there's much more evidence in what's being presented

You're probably the most correct with your statement. IF anyone watches the "true crime" shows....police only give a sliver of information and don't reveal everything connected with the case.

Because The Sun doesn’t report on crime at The Villages. It’s more of a “PR” sheet.

What other news source? Seems you are getting much more information about the Villages than what the Daily Sun provides. I would like to subscribe to that news source.
