Only one, she did not follow my instructions and when found out she stuttered that she misunderstood what was in writing right in front of her and what I had clearly explained to her. She got paid but no tip. The only incident I’ve had like that in TV.

I always tip but the amount depends on quality of work and attitude. I don’t tip a percentage but a dollar amount that I feel good about at the moment. Coming from a GC family in NYC I like to talk to the subs. I understand FL has a relatively low cost of living but these subs really don’t make much. I have the resources that allow tipping but I don’t fault those on a fixed income for not tipping.
