Personally, I want to have discussions with people I disagree with. I want to learn why they believe what they believe, I want people to challenge my views and beliefs. I have no use whatsoever with immature posts ridiculing and calling names. I will admit on occassion I get annoyed and post a sarcastic post that could be interpreted as ridicule, but I try not to.

So, I am glad we can disagree publically. I wish we could have a section for political discussions/arguments, which you have to join and agree to whatever to participate in, but I expect that is not going to happen.

And while I am an evil bleeding heart liberal, I have met several conservatives here that I highly respect both for their civility and for the well reasoned and well-spoken arguments.

Well said (written). I too believe we are missing a valuable part of civilization when we cannot discuss differing opinions in a reasonable manner. Cancel culture will destroy our democracy IMO because only the prevailing opinion (true or not) will be accepted.

I hope we can keep the lively debate ongoing. And I am an independent conservative, but was raised by rabid bleeding-heart liberals so I know how to break bread with anyone. Peace.

The changing of the minds is very true, the difference now is that those not vaccinated are sick and dying. It will make the world a much smarter place.

I find TOTV entertaining. We have some people that donot/cannot think for themselves, then others that feel that it is their responsibility to report the news as they see it (usually wrong), then there are those that cannot stop posting the same thing, hmmm probably the only thing they can discuss. Very entertaining!!!

I'm confused are you referring to TOTV members or just about every News organization
