I had support issues with the last Samsung TV I bought and it was totally unacceptable how long it took, not counting the amount of time I spent, to get to a resolution. I swore at that time I would never buy another Samsung product. They are normally cheaper than the brand I like (LG) but LG has far superior customer service.

Have not had any safety or other issues with Samsung refrigerator, but hate the darn thing. Its side by side and so hard to find room in freezer and the ice maker is terribly loud. First sign of trouble and I'm junking it. Hate the Samsung dishwasher, too-also so loud I have to shut the bedroom door at nite.

Knocking wood: no problems to date except a minor fan problem with microwave.
Samsung appliances in our home installed in July 2019. We purchased in August, closed in September, and full time as of January 2020. Only issue was with microwave which had a loud fan. Problem corrected in October 2019 during one of our short visits after closing. If/when current appliances have issues, will replace rather than repair. I miss the appliances we had in our custom kitchen back in Oregon - Miele and Sub-Zero. í ½í¸‰

Have been fighting with Samsung since november with our non working fridge.3 service calls and numerous phone calls to customer service. Moved in Jan 2020 so Nov it was still in warranty. finally Samsung has pro rated and after a very tedious process i still cant have the fridge taken away and have to wait for the pro rated check. customer service is a pass around with every agent asking the same questions. disgusted.
