Default Lots of positives

I don't live in The Villages but I'm glad it's here. All of the development is top notch and well designed. A lot of new job opportunities have been created. Local communities have greatly increased tax revenues which enables them to improve their towns. There are a lot more venues and entertainment and shopping opportunities available for everyone. This area of Florida was bound to grow and I'm glad that growth has happened in a responsible and we'll planned way.

I think the local communities should use a little of that new found wealth to clean the streets once in awhile.

As a businessman, with the model train store, in Wildwood , you should share this with the city fathers/mothers.

Who are you and what do you think you're doing, being all "positive" and stuff?

We ain't got no time for your kind around here...

P.S. Thanks for the support! And personally, I try to support the local business around TV whenever possible...

Bingo! Retirement heaven. Or as my wife calls it "the world's largest open-air nursing home".

There are always people who will complain--as mom used to say "you'd complain if you were hung with a new rope"--but if you listed the pros and cons, the the list of the pros would be X 10 at least.

I agree. I have posted about garbage in the streets, on the Wildwood FB page, which seems to work. I don't usually mention it until it's been there for days..... things like old carpets that have fallen off a trailer, will sit in the road for days. Last week I removed some kind of large metal object from a bike path, because it looks like an accident waiting to happen.

Love your store!!!
Thanks for Madeleine’s train ride. She said it was like being an 80 year old kid.
I hope the villages takes their visitors to see all the effort you made bring something so beautiful and nostalgic to the area.
