That isn't a bad leak, a while back the leaking water, which ran right back into the sewer was almost as much as went into the pond. The only time anyone is there is when they need to fuel the pump, and that's all they do. Still waiting on a call back from last Friday. The good news for us is that the new pump across the pond drowns out the one in front of your house. The bad news is it's much loader.

Heard this dodge before? The longer the silence, the more serious the issue. No news is definitely NOT good news!

In all the years I have been here, have dealt with them numerous times. Never experienced them not following up.

Here are some other contacts.

Builder rep didn't know who it belonged to or why its there, but she can assure you it's definitely temporary? She must be psychic. This has bn ongoing since 7/5 and no one is "fessin' up". Picture gets uglier by the minute.

So, you don’t live in the area but you have so many opinions?

Default Mystery Solved....I think

I just talked to a man working with the pump. He told me that they need to do a follow-up inspection on the system now that it has been in for a year. They are "draining the system" in that area to conduct the inspection. He said it is nothing to worry about.

Default Look before purchase

Sorry you didn’t look and listen before buying. However, you are not the first or last. Noise from the Turnpike is the biggest issue with some who bought without due diligence. As I mentioned in another Thread, I learned from experience several moons ago. Fortunately, didn’t get “hurt” financially on my deal. It could be they are just filling the retention pond. Usually similar pumps in TV don’t run that much. It’s always Buyer Beware and due diligence no matter where you purchase a house.

You sound like an unhappy home owner. I DON'T have a problem with Turnpike noise. It keeps coming up for some reason. Other than the water pumps I'm happy.

District Property Management was just at my door and said they don't know anything about this and aren't the people to talk to. Referred to Commercial Property Management, called them and still don't know anything. Said they'd get back to me.

Hopefully you are not facing what we are facing.

It will cost $1.13 million to fix a non-functioning underdrain system in the Soulliere Villas in The Villages.
