Default We Close Tomorrow!!!
Its been like waiting for Christmas to come.

Quite a whirlwind since visiting TV in Jan. 2012 for the 1st time until closing on our house in Fernandina tomorrow. The build took just 63 days and that seemed like forever.

We started stripping our current home a few months back and have been staring at blank walls and boxes since so that we can stare at blank walls and boxes in our new home

congrats, must be a great feeling. We will be coming next week for our design meeting for our house at Fernandina. We will be neighbors. We will be on Abama Path.

Congratulations Keith and Liz,

We saw your house last week when we were walking around our lot. You have a beautiful home and I'm sure you'll be very happy there.

We're scheduled to break ground on 6/6 so you can sit by your pool and watch our progress. I hope our dirt doesn't blow your way during the construction process.

We'll see you in about 90 days...

Any dirt that blows my way I will be sure and save for you as a welcome gift I was surprised that nothing had started at your lot although the overall changes below 466A are amazing aren't they?

Closing went smoothly. I left Liz at the house to spend the night and put stuff away so I could come back and collect my dogs (Ben and Jerry) and more stuff the movers won't be taking.

Wanted to try the pool but lightning stopped that idea.

Happinow- Fernandina has 3 areas near Bonifay CC. We are off Bonifay Path just past the neighborhood pool there.

Gracie- yep, I asked whats to do there before visiting. Now I know!

Gotta get me a golf cart.
