Not arguing in the least, Bo! Just posing a question - just that simple!

The Tamarind Grove pool/postal station is not a dog park.

I suppose you are saying that with a smile.

If I had a dog (currently out of the pet business) and was buying a home in TV, I would probably look for a house near a dog park. And I would want some shade too. Surely, that problem could be solved at the Atlas dog park. Dog owners, with permission of course, get a bit of lumber, hammer, shingles etc. and build some shade.

So up north the dog park is 8 miles away. So TVs park would be closer

Sorry, but that dog don't hunt.

Many people now pay with their monthly fee for amenities they don't use. Notably golf courses, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, and some residents don't even use the pools. Some don't own golf carts so never use the MM paths.

And actually we'd be happy to pay admission for a decent dog park. We pay now to use a private dog park, Doggie Doo Run Run, as do many Villagers.

That's what I'm talkin' about! Lookin' to find out if folks would pay rather than drive off campus for what they pay for there! Seems that it could be a money-maker for the developer.
