You do know they don't have sex on the square while the band is performing. Even the ridiculous wait until they put away the amplifiers and microphones. It's not nearly as bad as you imagine.

I think garbage trucks are allowed to go 50 mph on short streets if they are running late. You might want to double check and call The Village Security Department.
