I didn't see the conclusion to the post the other day but isn't it illegal to take someone's picture?? Can you imagine going to the Police Station with the evidence?? I guess they would listen to you politely and let you go without charges for wasting their time. LOL. Should have been handled on the spot if it was so bad. If not let it go.

That's funny Nucky. With many cell phones you can take a picture and the e-mail it to the police or put it on Facebook. People take selfies and other pictures all the time and post these on Facebook.

Someone stealing flowers could easily wind up on Facebook. There are many pictures that would need the subject's permission though.
