I understand people sometimes forget to turn off or use turn signals. But I do yell "@# hole it's a stop sign" when I see so many vehicles not stopping!

Depends upon the person. There are some who will listen and others who will not listen to anyone. Remember the term "alternative facts". To answer your ? if you like the person and agree with that person most of the time Move ON.
