I turned right on to Meggison toward the gate and a dirty black truck peeled out almost in front of me. He was parked on the grass at Roudell and Meggison. I honked at him and he punched his engine in rage. He went after a car that was going about 40-45 mph. This was on Friday also so they were out in force. The cop in the unmarked car had a dark shaggy facial growth, but looked like a Navy Seal type of guy.

That is just having ZERO concern for their fellow man.
