The newer areas do not process mail thru Lady Lake. They use Wildwood or Lake Okahumpka.
No mail comes through Wildwood. The Post Office is Okahumpka - no Lake.

Thanks!
People get very upset on this topic. We need to remember that Lady Lake, Wildwood, Leesburg and Okahumpka were here first - don't get mad at the locals. We all live in The Villages - period; NOT in thode cities. Certain companies do not update THEIR systems in a timely manner. In Newell, we were given 32163 and it CHANGED mid-closing time to 34762. Kroeger STILL says we are in 32163. If a company cannot deliver unless you use the wrong ZIP then use the wrong ZIP or do not use them - and tell them why. But on legal documents you need to use the correct ZIP. One more thing - make sure your deed HAS the correct ZIP. Some in Newell and Lake Denham do not. You may want to see what the options are there.

Ask your salesperson for the official address of your new home. There are several different zip codes within The Villages.

32163 is south of 466A and north (I think) of Hwy 44.
34785 is south of Hwy 44?
Other areas have other zip codes.

Your salesperson will know. Or go to the post office, not Google maps.
No! South of 44 in the newer section (St Catherine, Sawgrass Grove area) is 32163. I don’t know what the new Newell area is nor do I know what Eastport will be

Confusing at best. My zip is 32159. It can be used for The Villages or Lady Lake. Both addresses work!

Here's a neat little tool I've used in the past that gives your the geographical boundaries of a zip code;

Typically, I use the address and zip code the post office provides at ZIP Code™ Lookup | USPS

Just add your street address and city, state and the post office will provide the official address. Often you can use "The Villages" as the city but not always. I have had certain web sites reject that.

As for physical deliveries, sometimes adding instructions for the driver helps if you can as someone else suggested.
