Kentucky Blue-- Some realtors in other areas will be lucky to sell 250 homes this year. TV is selling 250 a month. Why would they lower the price.

We bought or rather I should say that my wife called me and said that she had found an "excellent" lot...after a couple of years of searching and narrowing it down to The Villages or The Landings (near Savannah), I asked her just to buy it..sick and tired of looking....best decision she ever recommended! Our friends who bought in Sarasota at the height had an Arthur Rutenberg house...in Palmaire..and though we should have joined them...we stuck to our guns and are very thankful we made the right choice! We love our designer on Allamanda 6 and love the Villages...no kool aid for me..just a hard thought business decsion on where to retire..and we did GOOD!

I love Savannah, that's were i thought i would end up....................until i visited TV. But i needed a place that was as young as i feel, sooooooooooo TV is where we are landing.I've always lived by two premises............if you take no risk, you miss all the fun,......... and you don't stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing.
