We will be building at 1237 Thunderbird Way, right around the corner. We pass on our house here in New Hampshire mid March then load up and head south. Our design meeting is late February so move in will be 60 to 90 days later. From what we hear our street is filling in fast and will be a real neighborhood when we get settled. Can not wait, had enough of the cold, time for some real living. It will be great to s the Villages experience with like minded souls. Chomping at the bit! Rich and Diane

Hi everyone! My husband I just closed yesterday on a new home on Ridgewood Path in Fernandina. We currently live in Rosé City, Michigan. We'll be part timers while I continue to teach in West Branch for a couple of more years. Soooooo looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying our new WARM lifestyle. Had a snow AND a second ice day off of school this week. We're NOT going to miss those days when we finally make it down to TV.

You're within walking distance..nice to know so many michiganders are here, altho I must admit, I have met many, many people from the other states (even Ohio, whom we consistently allow to win football games) that are great!. We're on Brassie Terrace. Looking forward to meeting you.
