Default New Neighbors

Hello Neighbors
Susan and I bought in May and moved here October, 2011 in the Village of Buttonwood. Found new friends, neighbors and a great community. Susan was born/raised in Long Beach, Ca and worked for McDonald Douglas. I was born in Mt Vernon, Oh and raised in Sarasota, Fl and worked for FP&L. My work, working from a helicopter on hi voltage powerlines, took us to Gettysburg, Pa for 17 years. Glad to be back in sunshine and love the life style.

Welcome. That sounds like an interesting job working out of a helicopter on power lines. I cannot imagine doing that! You must not have a fear of heights!

Welcome to TOTV! Mike and I moved here from the San Diego area...lots of people from CA in TV and quite a few on TOTV! I'll bet you're glad to be back in your home state...

You live in a lovely village....well, so do I, so do all who write here and live here.... Isn't this place, this community just lovely!
ENJOY!

I bought in Buttonwood in August and have been down twice only to see cool temps both times; will be down again in 2 weeks for another week and look forward to maybe spending time at the pool meeting more of my neighbors rather than running around trying to set up the house. Come June I will be around a bit more as we put our house in Maryland on the market and await moving to the villages full time. So Welcome neighbor and hope to see you around.
