Yesterday it was kind of hard to focus on hitting your next shot with Jimbo over at the water hole yelling "Here Ducky - Ducky . . . . Here Ducky - Ducky". Like the bird is going to give him his ball back

there's only one way to learn after lessons, go play.

then sharpen up in between playing at the driving range.

Who jumped out of their skin where someone yelled "GATOR"

Also at least we know now who to ask where the sand traps R, correct A-4?

And then there was the amazing shot by one player from the median between the east and west bound lanes on route 466A. I don't think that Fed Ex truck driver will take that route again. I sure am glad the ambassador didn't see that shot.

I'd like to commend whoever it is who keeps the median grass mowed so nicely on 466A.

Don't jest, Bob. In the early years of our marriage when we didn't have a pot to p**s in because one of us was going to school full-time and working part-time and the other working full-time and working on a master's part-time, my parents felt sorry for us and gave us an old VW beetle. Well, we drove that car to the ground, literally-there was a hole in the floor from which you could see the ground!!! Had the engine given out, we would have been paddling like the Flintstones.

Next Wednesday sounds like a plan (if there is music at EP on Wednesday maybe we should push it til Thursday so we can hear ourselves talk).

We get on the autotrain on Sunday afternoon and arrive in FL on Monday morning. Four whirlwind days follow with closing, furniture deliveries, shutter, paddle fan and gutter installations, and staining the lanai and garage. One more hour off the short timers clock!
