Maybe not but at the last gathering we attended the two hours from 8-10 flew by. I wouldn't want to miss anything.

Call it A-4's Slab-A-Bration
Our good friend Rona (RBGOLD) has named Tuesday night at EP as a "Slab-eration"
Wish you could be here Rona & Bill (and Linda & Rich) and everyone else who is up north freezing and shoveling.

Thanks A-4! It is up here, but it warms us to think of all the wonderful people we will soon be meeting!

BTW, I believe it was Jimbo who originally coined the phrase Slab-eration!

Can't wait to get there! Enjoy!

Jimbo called it a "Slab-A-Bration".
I almost bit my tongue trying to say that.
It's my slab so I pick "Slab-eration".

Default Moral of the story

A-4 must bring a (sample) sandwich bag of Mondays slab as proof his home is really under way along with a carrot disguised as a hotdog and place it in a whole roll consuming it with 3 Coronas.

U can be sure Andy will close the place and steel rather borrow a cab unless there is a designated driver........

Or maybe he should just walk home, it's not that far.
We guess the moral of our little story was "If you have been drinking alcohol TAKE a cab, don't drive, but for goodnessake remember where you took it from so that you can take it back"

Walk Home!!! - i can't, I have a bone in my leg!

Default The final stamp of approval

IT'S OFFICIAL
WE WILL POUR TOMORROW

All the work, inspections, and approvals are done. But the one approval we needed in order to proceed with the pour was received this morning and here it is:

Don't forget to bring your coffee to the lot at 7:30 for donuts, music, and a concrete pour

anyway, it's crunch time with my closing April 1. This part isn't fun, packing, arranging finances, thinking about needing to add fixtures, fans, appliances, and on and on! It's a tough time to not have a mate, but I've been divorced for a long time. But I haven't moved many times in my life and its a lot to do at once and I feel nervous about getting it all done...
You can call on me to help you. We are here in TV forever now. We just finished our appliance and TV shopping today. It wasnt too bad since I pretty much had an idea of what I wanted. Let me know if you need some help or just moral support! Gayle

Great people and another great addition to the neighborhood.

It was so good to see Rusty and Janice on no notice! Sorry if we were rude to just ring your doorbell in the middle of the day! You were both (and Sally) so gracious. We are so looking forward to living near all of you in Gillyland. We think it is a special place. Please drop in anytime. We would love to see everyone. See you all on Tuesday.
