Hopefully not TOO MUCH FLESH! Glad to know your morals are being boosted.

Oh how we miss you!
Hi Guys,
We miss you both too and we have been following your advice today on our first golf outing with our new UK clubs, which only allowed one of us to play well unfortunately - at least i am claiming the clubs were the problem to save my pride, Her Ladyship played well, so her clubs worked ok!

We live in Gilchrist! Our design meeting was last October 1st, and we closed on our Zinnia model on 12-12-12. It is a great village with great villagers that love get-together a.

Loads of block scattered all over the slab with the mortar in attendance also. I would bet on walls tomorrow!!!

Default The Yosts Are Moving Along

The soil for the slab has been compacted and covered with vapor barrier. It also looks as though the forms for the slab have been put into place. Wouldn't surprise me if concrete was poured tomorrow!!!

Word on the street is the "Cat House" will start out as a Bed & Breakfast and later on transition to an assisted living center. I knew those two women had something interesting up their sleeves when I first met them. The entrance to Dafoe is going to be one hopping place.

Default Happy Memorial Day

Hope all my Ghilchrist friends and neighbors had a great holiday weekend. But I guess when you live in the villages- every weekend feels like a holiday!

We miss everyone- can't wait to get back there.

Sounds like we have more construction and new Gillylanders moving in every day. Will have to make the rounds when we come back and meet everyone again.

Have a great week! Betsy and Jim

What a day! Last week I had the bright idea to play the "Big Boys" course and Meredith thought it was a great thing to do (remind me not to listen to her encouragement again)..

We lined up Dave & Mike Roberts to accompany us and got to play the back nine of Bonifay (Destin I think) for half price at 4:20pm. I now know that I need lessons desperately. For anyone who has played with me, you will know when I say that this game was the worst of anything I've done and that's saying a lot!

Suffice it to say that when I hit the ball or even hit it straight, it normally went into a sand trap. On one hole I even went from sand trap into another sand trap. I told Mike that I've never paid good money to be this miserable.. Oh yea...I think I killed someones lanai on the 18th tee.

More often than not I'd walk off the green with my head down whilest dragging my poor putter behind me.

Lessons....where can I get lessons.....

Since we are on Amherst, please do not play the front nine of Destin. A4 Skyhawk and Mike Roberts came through here the other day and our birdcage will never be the same! We are still waiting to hear from their insurance people!

Can't wait to finish up business here in the cold, cold northland and head back down to the warmth of friends in TV! then for sure I will be home again!
