Ps: I hear 211 maybe Dec 3rd, but it hasn't been confirmed.
Let's see . . . . I own a cottage in Sanibel, a lot in Fernandina, and I'm trying to get a lot in Gilchrist. They say that the average person in The Villages has three places before they settle down. Hell . . . . I'm going for three and I'm not even permanent yet. That's got to be some kind of record? Maybe I'll win a lot in Gilchrist.

Default Concrete for Millie

Hi Everyone! Looks to me like you are primed and ready for a concrete driveway and sidewalk if everything comes together on Monday. I sure hope so because that means you're that much closer to getting here!!!

Hi All! I thought you might finally like to have some pics of your new home. You have a roof and they are working on the interior stud walls. What a lovely home this is going to be!!!!

The only thing I can think of is that it's the decrease in elevation as you move away from the golf course.

Twas indeed a great night of great conversation with great friends. And Evans is certainly a great addition to TV.

Wow! Everyone's homes look magnificent! I can't wait to see the finished products and happy for Twin that progress is (finally) clearly visible, on the other hand, even though Calc is down there temporarily(I'm so jealous), I believe the rest of us are still looking to see the forward movement on their place one of you needs to post a pic!!!
Two more weeks til I leave Chi town (it is 28 here this AM) and I am really excited to see the finished product! My brain is spinning with all the things I expect I will want to now accomplish on the inside! But all in good time...
Hope to see everyone very soon and hope you are enjoying life in lowerparadise!

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY "MAYOR". I've been a little under the weather and dealing with getting our new Radon Mitigation system up and running before the buyers will go to closing. Closing is scheduled for 12/7 and our move to the cottage in Sanibel is scheduled for 12/27 or 12/28. I'll fly back up right after the first of the year for the movers to pick up and store our stuff, and then drive "The Machine" back to Florida for good.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET CHEEKS

Saw it with my own eyes! Wanted to go in (back dining nook slider was unlucked--but couldn't bring myself to walk on the hardwoods). Can't wait until we're all together!

We, too wish you a happy, belated birthday! Sure, from what you posted it was terrific! Loving the pictures and wishing the design process was behind us and we could see progress there on old Hackberry!

The house looks great and now comes the anticipation like everyone had to go through--just looking at the house from afar and not being there to see it--only you Rusty got to see it live in person--you lucky dog! Again thanks for pics

It's great to see Rusty's pics every night.

In two weeks I'll see everything up close and personal, still packing out a big house, leaving the 28th.
