Just watch out for the Tuck-In Police. No mint on your pillow if you stay out too late.

we rented a courtyard villa last summer. Homes are crammed in like sardines. My husband and I couldn’t even have a soft casual conversation without the next-door neighbor being annoyed and she would yell. Just because the town squares close at 9 PM, quiet hours are until 10 PM.

Are these serious questions or you are just kidding around? Are you from somewhere with no neighbors to consider?

The noise rules are in your deed restriction document. You can download the deed restrictions for your property from the website:

"districtgov.org"

Click on "how do I?"

That is the problem. Some people like wind chimes, so they assume that others do also. Myself, and many others, absolutely hate them. If you hang one on your property, your neighbors who hate wind chimes, will be annoyed 24/7.
