So much truth. We priced ours at what we was told to expect. That is what we got. IMO this is the way to move it.

Well, we accomplished it. Sold our condo in Michigan in 3 days (2 offers) closed last week!!! Close in TV next week. Furniture coming first week in July, we arrive (full-time) first week in September. It has been a whirlwind time! Looking forward to the St. James Club and meeting new friends.
