Default Bedtime Tails Luxury Pet Hotel

I recently boraded my 6 month old Silky Terrier "Tina" and I will definately board her there again. When I picked her up she wasn't stressed, she didn't want to come home she wanted to go back outside and play with the other puppies. She was well cared for and actually grew a bit more. Her room was nice and big and she had a comfy bed every night which she used. The day I picked her up she was in great shape and had a GREAT TIME!!!!

We have 2 little dogs, and we travel and cruise quite a bit. There are two different boarding places we use. If it is for a short period of time, we use Preppy Pet Suites. It is on Talley Rd off 466A. www.preppypet.com

If we are going to be gone for any length of time ie 2 week cruise, we use All 'Bout Cats and Dogs. They have in and out runs. www.abcdpetresort.com It is a little further away, but we like the people there and for a longer period of time I like it.

Our dogs have done well at both places.

I can recommend Village Pet Villas also. Our dog always does well there, even though he's been known to have "separation anxiety" :-) Also, they can administer medication if necessary. Our Nathan is diabetic, so he needs insulin twice a day, plus he needs eye drops and a thyroid pill, and they take care of this without a hitch.

Missy loves Bedtime Tails - she is already reserved for her stay at Christmas.

Default Pet Boarding

It is so nice to have boarding options for our pets when we find it necessary to travel without them. I found an excellent option for my 2 Golden Retrievers who are more like people than like pets. I found a reliable "IN HOME" boarding situation close by in Lady Lake. It is a beautiful 5 acre fenced property with a fenced exercise area. This lady and her daughter were a great find and my 2 Goldens did not want to go home when I arrived to pick them up. It is so comforting to know that I have a place to board them where they are well cared for in a home setting and they are happy. The name of this place is PRIVATE IN-HOME BOARDING. Kathleen Smith is the home owner and she can be contacted at 352-409-1642 or privateinhomeboarding@yahoo.com. I felt her rates were reasonable considering the personal care your pet receives. These ladies certainly have my vote of confidence.

Nice to hear of someone who will take large dogs into their home. Thanks for the info.

one of my biggest concerns if you choose to use a facility is whether or not there is someone there 24 hours a day...oftentimes at night, people assume there is someone there but don't ask...dogs get seizures, there are fires that can occur...and thunderstorms, etc....

best of luck...
