There are a lot of us wanna be villagers lurking on this website. We are selling our house in Michigan and plan to move this fall. I am positive that we will accomplish this because we will be dropping the price until it sells. The prices in TV have dropped as well, and we figure that it will be a wash. We will take less for our home here, but we will also pay less for one down there. It doesn't make sense to wait for our move to paradise for us to make an extra $5 - $10k. Life is too short and we don't want to put up with another long winter. The real estate market is bad everywhere, so you are in the same boat as everyone else. You just have to decide if the waiting is worth the money. Good luck on your move, and see you soon in TV!
