We finally did it

After 3 visits to the villages we finally bought.
We will be closing Jan 4 in the Village of St. Charles.

We will be snow birds coming Jan - April to start.

Counting the days.

Congratulations to all of you! You must be very excited. St. Charles is right near me and a very nice area....everywhere is nice to me in TV. Have fun settling and enjoy the nice warm winter months. No more snow and ice!

I see you are a member of the North Patchogue FD. I have been a member Of Medford FD since 1978. Moved off the Island in August 2009 but still get back to see everyone. I was in station 1 on Southhaven Ave. We did many mutual aids to you & you did many to us.

What a small world.

We settle on our new home in St. Charles on Dec. 15 and will be moving in Jan. 4. No furniture as of yet, so you know how we will be spending our time. We are on Dutchess Loop. It looks like a lovely neighborhood. It appears to be a very friendly neighborhood as well. We have already met two of our neighbors. Hope to meet you after Jan. 4.
