I have been coming to the Villages for 15 years to visit my in-laws and it's only getting better. Now is the right time since building will stop in 4 years. Prices for housing will continue to increase unlike the rest of the country.

The realtor just left with an offer- we did counter offer, so now we are waiting to hear back... my stomache is in knots... I hope I do not get sick
(just kidding) but i am stressed. I know this is what I have been praying for so why do I feel this way ? I guess it is just not knowing what I will be doing next month !!! Thanks again for all your kind words..

My best friend said do you want to stay put and argue over a few thousand dollars or do you want to move on with your life.

" LET IT GO LEWIE" So we did had no regrets.

MTG rates are decent, Home prices are fair, ( For the Villages )

Don't worry about what you'll be doing next month if your counter offer is accepted.....Just think about being in sunshine every day and temps well above 65 for the next 6 months instead of having to shovel 2 feet of snow away from your garage door to get the snowblower out, to use it for the next hour at least, so you can try to get to work without being hit by other vehicles sliding at you.

Congratulations!! I am so happy for you... And a little bit jealous!! We have our house on the market... and a house waiting for us in Buttonwood... But, I do believe there is always a plan.. I have been at my company for 20 years also... They do not know we have the house in The Villages!!.. Won't they be surprised!!.. Again congratulation!!!
