Sad to report, Tampa, has a fourth murder victim in Seminole Heights who appears to have been shot by the same serial killer.

The first three victims were shot in very late evening. This latest victim was shot in the very early morning, around 4:30AM when he was walking to a nearby church where he did volunteer work in their food kitchen.

The earlier victims were in their early 20's, with two Black males and one White female. The latest victim was a 60 year old Black male.

Tampa police were on the scene within one minute of receiving the report of the shooting. The victim was shot in the back while crossing the street to greet an acquaintance. This indicates there was a witness to the shooting, although he may not have seen much due to the dark.
