I believe that what I wrote was hypothetical. It was meant to be thought provoking.

Al Gore's predictions are coming true MASSIVELY right now. That just shows how far ahead of his time he really was. And as far as flying around in jets go......how would famous leaders be supposed to get to Europe and the far East......by hitch hiking? which brings up Greta Thunberg - she traveled from Europe to the US on a SAILBOAT to avoid wasting jet fuel. How many of your heroes would do that? She will be in the Global warming Hall of Fame.

She might be in a hall but perhaps a hall of nonsense.

No one has mentioned the number of deaths and negative health impacts from climate change and greenhouse gas emissions

For example: Interesting to read the GWU statistics and analysis of the increased number of trips to the emergency room for asthma and respiratory issues in young children living next to highway versus those children who live in another part of the city not next to highways

Also heat related illnesses and climate change migration and arthropod illnesses. Increased number of mosquito borne illnesses due to mosquitoes not going into diapause and inhabiting areas further north See EEE deaths this year

Recent hurricanes are an example of more extreme and more frequent storms. In 2023 there were 28 billion dollar storms compared to 4 in 2000

For more info on health impacts there are some excellent graphics on CDC website
Since there are statistics about young children having asthma and respiratory illnesses that live near highways versus not near highways - I wonder if there are any statistics for over 55 aged people having asthma and respiratory illnesses that live in retirement communities WITH mostly gasoline powered golf carts and other retirement communities that have all ELECTRIC golf carts. I repeat what I have said that if you can smell FUEL after a golf cart passes you by - it CAN'T be GOOD for you. How much better would it be for a persons health that was dancing at the evening ENTERTAINMENT Squares if the air was cleaner because only electric carts would be allowed to enter the area of the Squares. How much quieter would the Villages be if only electric Carts were allowed?
........Incidentally, electric cars and trucks have the potential to cost LESS than gasoline cars and trucks after many of them are produced - because electric engines have 60 to 70% fewer parts than gasoline engines. Also since their motion is smoother in a circle the Electrical engines last longer than the reciprocating gasoline engines. That is 2 huge advantages of E-vehicles.
......Electric cars and golf carts can help with health and noise reduction in addition to working against Climate Change.

Hmm, IDK, how about commercial airplanes like everybody else? The plane is already flying, so no extra pollution if one more elite hops on board.

If these guys really cared, they would practice what they preach.
